The Housing Resources Board (HRB) is the only affordable housing nonprofit agency situated on Bainbridge Island. We provide emergency rental assistance, home modifications for infirm or disabled low-income Islanders as well as providing both permanent rented and transition housing units. Currently we own 31 units. Plans include increasing our ability to offer more such affordable housing, based on the need to preserve the diversity of the Bainbridge Island population.
