The Health, Housing and Human Services Council (HHHS) is designated by the City of Bainbridge Island to implement the Human Services Element of the City's Comprehensive Plan, whose primary purpose is to support and foster improvements in the range, delivery and quality of health, housing and human services provided on Bainbridge Island.
