Bainbridge Island Arts and Humanities Council's (BIAHC) mission is to create an environment in
which the arts and humanities flourish. BIAHC publishes the quarterly Arts News, and Exhibition, a biannual arts journal. Programs include Arts Walk, the Humanities Inquiry, the Arts Education Consortium, and the Island Treasure Award and Amy Award. BIAHC administers the City's Arts and Humanities Fund, Public Art Program, and the Cultural Element of the Comprehensive Plan.
