This constitutes the return of a working boat yard to Eagle Harbor. It is part of the economic engine that makes this project viable. The Boat Yard site offers the possibility of a larger facility than the one that was here before. It could include larger yacht repair, maybe sales. Perhaps it would include a fuel dock.
Combining a commercial yard with a Heritage Boat Facility will draw more business to both, a clear economic advantage for the whole project.
